Jarkko Murtoaro

I joined Vaaka Partners in early 2021. Prior to joining the firm, I was a Managing Director at EQT Partners, where I worked from 2007 to 2020, focusing on private equity investments in the European large and middle cap markets, based in Stockholm and Helsinki. At the start of my career I worked for Citigroup’s Financial Entrepreneurs Group in London from 2006 to 2007. I have a M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and M.Sc. in Economics from Aalto University.

At Vaaka I have been involved with two of our Fund II investments, Tietokeskus and Molok, as well is in partnering with two of our more recent Fund IV investments, Huutokaupat.com and Fluxio.
