Nordic sports facility market leader Unisport acquires Jäämestarit

Jäämestarit is a strong player in the Finnish market and has almost 30 years of experience. The company expanded into a specialist in sports construction in the early 2000s, whereupon the company has been a pioneer in developing solutions that are suitable for Finland’s demanding conditions. Jäämestarit has a turnover of 16.1 million euros in 2017.
The acquisition will enter into force on 2 May 2018. With the transaction, the current employees of Jäämestarit will continue as Jäämestarit Oy employees as part of the Unisport Group. Osmo Rajala will continue as Managing Director of Jäämestarit Oy.
