Isännöitsijäpalvelu Nordlund Oy joins the Ovenia Group
Ovenia Isännöinti Oy acquired a real estate management company, Isännöintipalvelu Nordlund Oy, on 21st of March.
Isännöitsijäpalvelu Nordlund Oy has operated in Hyvinkää for more than 30 years. “After a long career in this business as a professional, high quality real estate service manager, we were looking for a buyer for the company that would continue to provide quality services to our customers. Over the years we have earned our customers’ trust and respect, and we wanted to be sure that the same high standards, comprehensive services and excellent quality will be guaranteed in the future, too. Ovenia Isännöinti won us over, and we believe that as part of Ovenia our customers will see further service improvements,” says Juhani Nordlund, Managing Director and owner of Nordlund Oy.
Ovenia Isännöinti is one of the biggest companies in Finland providing residential real estate management services. The personnel of Isännöitsijäpalvelu Nordlund Oy join Ovenia Isännöinti on their existing employment terms. Juhani Nordlund, Nordlund Oy’s Managing Director, will continue in the service of Ovenia Isännöinti until his retirement.
