Vaaka Partners promotes three investment professionals
Philip Kaustinen and Jesper Kontinen have been promoted to Investment Director, and Olli Autio has been promoted to Investment Manager, effective 1 March 2025, all based in Helsinki, Finland.
Vaaka Partners is proud to announce the promotion of three investment professionals, recognizing their hard work and commitment to excellence.
Philip Kaustinen has been in the Vaaka team since 2019. He has lately been supporting the growth journeys of Tietokeskus and Medbase. Philip also spent the past four months at the Stockholm office with our local team members, developing Vaaka’s network and searching for new investment opportunities in Sweden.
Jesper Kontinen joined Vaaka in early 2021 with a background in investment banking and consulting. He is currently a co-lead in the Nordic Healthcare Group and supports Staria’s management in international growth.
Olli Autio started his journey at Vaaka in 2022, when he also began working with AINS Group and Cloudpermit. In 2024, Olli played a key role in Cloudpermit’s successful exit.
